It's National Peanut Butter Cookie Day!

It's June 12th, National Peanut Butter Cookie Day!

We're celebrating in style at Bingo Village! Come join us for a day filled with delicious treats, great company, and loads of peanut butter goodness!

Did You Know Peanut Butter Is an American Staple?

Peanut butter was first introduced in the United States in the late 1800s by none other than Dr. John Harvey Kellogg. It was marketed for its health benefits, of course being a big source of protein. Soldiers in World War II used peanut butter for its nutritional value since it was easy to store.

According to Southern Living, the best peanut butter cookies only take 20 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to bake! A quick trip to the favorite super market and you only need a handful of ingredients to enjoy this tasty treat alongside a game of Bingo.

Don't miss out on this nutty celebration - see you at the Cozy Cafe!
