Account Management & Login Questions

You will receive your username and password in an email after you register your account. If you don't see this in your inbox, please be sure to check your junk folder.
If you've forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by using the 'Forgot Password' link at the top of the homepage. Simply enter your username and we'll send your password to the email address associated with your www.BingoVillage.com account.
Make sure you are using the correct account number and password. Erase all temporary internet files from your computer and clear cache memory. If these tips don't resolve your problem, please contact support@BingoVillage.com and we'll be glad to help you.

To validate your account, simply send us the following information:

Proof of your identification and age as required by the Online Gaming Commission. We require this info to protect our players in case they have been a victim of identity theft:

  • Driving License
  • Passport complete with photo
  • A valid photo ID

We also need a copy of the front of your credit/debit card. We only need to see the name and last four digits of the card so feel free to block out the first twelve digits.

To send them to us, you can scan or digitally photograph them and e-mail them to support@BingoVillage.com

Track all your game activity, deposits, bonuses and balance in real time using 'My Reports' by clicking on 'My Account' in the game lobby.

To keep our games fair for everyone, we make sure no players in the community are abusing the bonuses awarded. Since these added bonuses are the property of BingoVillage, management reserves the right to investigate, cancel, suspend or lock any account if bonus abuse is suspected. Furthermore, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity may be revoked and voided, and any available deposits returned if bonus is being abused i.e. such as the suspension of the base bonus & special surprise bonus offers.

Bonus Bucks a.k.a BBs, is money that you have in your bonus balance separate of your cash balance. They can be used to play bingo.

Bonus Bucks are awarded to players on their deposit, by unlocking free bonuses in the rewards program and by participating in chat games. We are also known to spoil you with free bonuses from time to time. So, make sure your email address is updated and that you receive our newsletters in your inbox.

Players are rewarded with big prizes, fast payouts, a strong rewards program and free bonuses to extended playtime. This is all possible because we have very transparent bonus rules on the vast amount of free money we award to our loyal recreational players.

We want you and your fellow roomies to enjoy your chat game experience at BingoVillage. To achieve this, we kindly ask you to respect our simple chat rules:

  1. Chat games are offered for your chat time enjoyment and not intended to replace deposits.
  2. Chat game winners are in Bingo Bucks.
  3. To be able to participate in chat games and win BBS please remember that you must have made a deposit into your player account within the past 7 days and have purchased a minimum of 4 cards for the current game.
  4. Players must reply to the CM to be awarded BBs if they were a nabor or winner, if no reply is received the BBs will be forfeited.
  5. Those found abusing the BB system will be subject to investigation, and possible barring from future chat games.
  6. The CM must be present for Bingo Bucks to be awarded. If the CM gets booted or is on a break, the chat game is suspended until he/she returns.
  7. Complaining in chat is not permitted as it spoils the enjoyment for other players. If you have a concern that the CM cannot assist you with, please submit a helpdesk ticket , contact us through Live Help or email Tammy the Site Manager at Tammy@bingovillage.com.
  8. Unless you are leaving chat, could you please help the CMs by keeping requests for recaps until the chat game changes at the top of the hour.
  9. If you are going to be away from your keyboard for a short while, please let the CM know. If you know you will be gone for 15 minutes or more, we kindly ask you logout of chat. This makes it easier for the CM to correctly award BBs, especially in Nabors games.
  10. Our CMs are there to help make your chat experience more enjoyable. Please show them the respect they deserve and remember that in all matters relating to chat, the CMs decision is final.
  11. Our chat has filters in place to keep it enjoyable for all concerned. Circumventing the chat filters by misspelling offensive words is as unacceptable as using the word in the first place and may lead to loss of chat privileges.
  12. Players are not permitted to promote other websites, companies or products in chat.
  13. In order to avoid causing offence, players are not permitted to use racial, sexual or religious slurs.
  14. We kindly ask that you avoid discussing religion or politics as these can be sensitive issues.
  15. Players must not harass, slander, abuse or threaten other players, including those playing out of chat.
  16. Players must refrain from using vulgar, indecent or offensive language and should be considerate of other players.

If a regularly scheduled chat game cannot be played due to there being less than 3 players in the chat room, the CM on duty will change the chat game to compensate the amount of players. If a chat game needs to be changed, it is at the discretion of the CM whether to play the chat game for the entire hour or to change back to the regularly scheduled game when the required amount of players are in chat. Chat games follow a scheduled line up, but the scheduled games can be altered at the discretion of the chat CM.

Deposit and Withdrawals

At BingoVillage, we've made depositing super easy and secure for you. First, all transactions are passed through a super secure SSL and your personal payment information is never held on our servers, again for your protection.

To Deposit into Your BingoVillage Account:

  1. You need to be logged into your BingoVillage account.
  2. Click on 'Deposit Now'.
  3. Select your deposit amount.
  4. And yes, you'll receive a free deposit bonus on your deposit.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100. The maximum amounts allowed are $3,000 weekly and $10,000 monthly.

Withdrawals under $3,000 will be paid out in lump sum. Withdrawals higher than $3,000 will be paid out in increments of $3,000 based on agreed upon terms between the player and BingoVillage.

Congratulations! Go to My Account and choose Request a Payout. Remember that you will lose all bonuses.

Once it has been processed, you will be able to deposit funds as normal.

All payouts are processed on Wednesdays at 10am EST.

Please Note: You can only make one payout request per week.

  1. If multiple payouts are requested in a given week, only the first payout request will be processed. All subsequent pending payouts will be declined and credited back to players account.

  2. When a player cancels their payout and requests another payout, the new pending payout will only be processed on the following Wednesday's scheduled payout date.

Currently, US players can receive their funds via Check, Money Gram or Bitcoin.

Canadian players can receive their funds via Check, Money Gram or Bank Draft.

All other nationalities can receive funds via Money Gram, Bank Draft or Bitcoin.

There is a flat fee of $30 for withdrawals
