Card Reading Day

• Whoever said, “it is far better to give than to receive?” As for me, I sure enjoy receiving greeting cards and reading them. That’s because you can’t read a card until you receive one. That makes today the perfect day, as it is Card Reading Day, a February 21 holiday. It’s a day to read and send greeting cards. In the cards, we express our emotions and feelings towards someone. Take a trip down memory lane. Pull out the old greeting cards you saved and read them again.
• If you don’t save them, that’s okay. Go to the store and browse through the racks of greeting cards. While you’re at it, pick out a few to send to others.
