Easy to make and so yummy

Nothing better than putting together a quesadilla to snack on watching tv in the evening or to snack on while playing games.

Very easy to throw together this one has chicken spinach mushrooms onions salsa and cheese and to heat it a griddle was used as you can make 2 at one time.

They are great to freeze also just remember to put wax paper between stacking layers.

To heat from frozen just pop in oven at 350 for about 10 minutes or so depending on how much filling you used.
